Last year, West Bengal board released the class 10th admit card on February 02. While the admit card for class 12th was issued on February 14. While this year West Bengal board has issued the HS and Madhyamik admit card a bit late. How To Get WB 10th, 12th Admit Card 2020
West Bengal board has released the admit card in an offline mode. Here, in this session, we have discussed the steps for attaining the admit card. The students can follow the same to attain theirs.
Step.1- Firstly, the school heads have to collect the admit card for all the students from the board’s office.
Step.2- Now, the students need to visit their respective schools to collect the admit card.
Step.3- Once you have attained the admit card, check all the details present on it.
Step.4- If there is any correction, contact the board’s office and get the corrections done before the exam.
Step.5- Take your admit card along with you. Also, do not forget to carry it on each day of the exam.
West Bengal Madhyamik Admit Card 2020
WB Madhyamik Admit Card is the admit card issued to all the desired students of class 10th. Class 10th exams are going to take place in the month of February. In order to appear in these exams, the students need to have access to the admit card. To attain the admit card, the students need to visit their respective schools. Once the students have attained the admit card, make sure to check whether all the details present on it are correct or not. Also, make sure that it is having the school head’s signature and stamp.
Last year, a total of 10,66,000 students apepared in class 10th examination. The exams were conducted from February 12 to 22. However, to appear in these exams, the students were provided with an identity proof. The admit card for class 10th students was out on February 02. However, the students were provided with a chance to get the corrections done (if any) till February 08.

West Bengal HS Admit Card 2020
West Bengal HS Admit Card is the identity proof provided to all the students of class 12th. As per the schedule released by the board, the exams for class 12th are going to take place in the month of March. But before that the board release the admit card for all the registered students of class 12th. The admit card is availablefrom March 03. The students need to contact their respective school heads to collect the admit card. It is mandatory for all the students to carry the admit card on each day of the exam. Without admit card no student can enter the exam centre.
Measures Taken By Board To Conduct Free And Fair Exams
Every year, lakhs of students appear in the West Bengal examinations for class 10th and 12th. Among these students, some students are found to use unfair mean practices. The number of students using such practices were increasing day by day. To prevent such activities, the board has decided to implement scanners. The invigilator present at the entrance of exam centre will be provided with the scanners. Scanners will ensure that no student is carrying any kind of electronic gadgets with them inside the exam hall.
To prevent the leaking of the question papers, the board has decided that the undone of the question paper will be made in the front of an invigilator. Also, the question paper will be distributed to the students 10 minutes before the start time of the exam. Also, the centres located in sensitive and hypersensitive areas will be having the videographies made throughout the whole exam.
Important Instructions For Examination
Once you have attained the admit card, read all the instructions written at the back of it. Here, in this session, we have discussed some of the simple instructions that should be kept in mind while appearing for the exam.
- Before leaving for the exam centre, check whether or not you are carrying all the important documents or not.
- Try to reach the exam centre for at least half an hour before the start time of the exam.
- Maintain silence and stay in the queue during frisking and document verification.
- During the examination, no student can go anywhere in between the exam. If you want to go, you can either go before the exam or after the exam.
- Any student found using unfair means practices will not be able to give the further exam. Also, strict actions will be taken against such students.
- Electronic items such as mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches etc are not allowed inside the exam centre.
- No student is allowed to go outside the exam centre before the end time of the exam.
- Before leaving the exam hall, make sure that you submit your respective answer sheet to the invigilator present at that time.
