How To Prepare For Intermediate Examinations
In this session, we have discussed some preparation tips that might be helpful for the students to prepare better for the exams.
Time Management: Since you have the exam dates now, you need to manage your time well. However, the students need to make sure that they give equal time to each subject. For proper time management, you can prepare a study schedule.
Visual Aids: Learning through visual aids has been found an easy method of remembering everything rather than being a book worm. Visual aids may include flow charts, diagrams, bullets, keywords, etc. You can also look at powerpoint for the topics they find difficult to study.
Short Breaks: Unlike us, our minds also need rest. Always take a short break of 10-15 mins while studying. Hence, this will keep your mind fresh every time you start studying again.
Sample Papers and Question Paper: Once you are done with your syllabus, start practicing as many sample papers as you can. However, this will help you know where you need to work. Moreover, you can also start solving previous year question papers. This will help you know the types of questions that come in the exam.
Revision: Keep a track of the topics you have done in a day. You should always revise them at the end of the day. Hence, you should keep the last day for revision. Do not learn anything new on that day.
