UK Board 10th Result 2018: Statistics
This year approximately 1,46,160 students appeared for the Class 10th exams. The examination was conducted from March 6 to March 24, 2018. The overall pass percentage recorded was 74.57 per cent. The topper of the examination scored 98.40% marks. Kajal Parjapati scored highest marks in the examination and hence topped the exam. The class 10th result was announced on May 26, 2018. Almost 2000 teachers checked the answer sheets.
Previous Year’s Statistics
Nearly 1.50 lakh students appeared for the Class 10th examination in 2017. The overall pass percentage was 73.67%. Girls outshone boys by achieving 78.51%. On the other hand, boys received 68.76%. Last year also the topper secured 98.40% marks. Aisha topped the examination by achieving 492 marks out of 500. The second and third topper secured 98.20% and 97.60% respectively.
UK Board 10th Result 2018: Merit List
The board announces the merit list of the students who perform well in the exams. This year also the board released the merit list on the official website. It is important to note that board does not release the merit list for supplementary exams. The merit list contains Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Rank, Candidate’s Roll Number, Total Marks, Percentage, Obtained Marks and Name of the School. Students who attain best in the board examinations receive a place in the merit list.
