About DGE TN

The Directorate of Government Examinations is the board which works for the Tamilnadu state. It only works at the state level. The board came into existence in the year 1911. It became a separate directorate in the year 1975. The board had conducted the first exam for the SSLC standard in the year 1911. The Directorate has 7 regional offices across the state.
