Past Performance of TBSE Madhyamik Supplementary Result 2018
In the year 2017, the number of students who appeared for the regular exams was 49,375. Out of the total students, around 29,289 were passed. The overall pass percentage for the last year was 59.31%.
Coming to the stats of the current year, around 57,615 candidates enrolled in the exams. Out of the total students, approx 21,449 candidates had secured the 1st division. For the second division, there were total 37 students while the third rank was shared by 2472 candidates.
About Tripura Board
Tripura Board was established under the Act no. 12 which was passed by Tripura Legislative Assembly. The full name of the board is Tripura Board of Secondary Education. It is popularly known as TBSE. TBSE came into existence in the year 1973. It is one of the few boards which has introduced the Centralised Evaluation system. TBSE commanded the responsibilities in 1976. The board is all responsible for the various activities of Tripura. The board framed the Rules and Regulations, Curricular and Syllabus, for the schools. TBSE conducts the exams for the classes 10 and 12. After the completion of the exams, the board also declares the result.
