Sainik School 2020 Qualifying Marks

Sainik School Merit List 2021

Validity of AISSEE / Sainik School Exam Result 2021
Sainik School entrance exam result will be valid for the current admission session i.e 2021-2022. It is to be noted that the Sainik school result for class 6, 9 cannot be carries forward for the next session of admission. What happens for Unfilles Seats in Sainik Schools?
In case there are unfilled seats in the Sainik schools, they are allotted in the following manner –
- Unfilled seats in Other States/ UT Reserved Category shall be allotted to the students from Home State/ UT?s corresponding Reserved Category, i.e List A.
- Deficiencies in Defence Category- both List A and List B are filled first by children of Coast Guard or Assam Rifles personnel (based on their domicile and inter-se merit in the exam) and then offered to any volunteers from the respective School?s Waiting List under any category.
- Further deficiencies in Other States/ UT Defence Category (List B) shall be filled by candidates from Home State/ UT Defence Category (List A).
- Seats not filled by Home State/ UT Defence Category (List A) is offered to Home State/ UT General Category (List A).
- Unfilled seats of Girl Candidates shall be filled up by Boy candidates in the corresponding category.
- Remaining deficiencies in all categories after 4 weeks of the release of final merit list can be filled by candidates in Waiting List of other Sainik Schools.

FAQs on Sainik School Result 2021
Ans. NTA does not provide any facility for re-checking/re-evaluation of the answer sheets as the sheets are evaluated with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinized.
Ans. After the NTA declares the exam result online, the schools shall notify the candidates for publication of initial call list, medical exam, etc. The Initial Call List is published on the website of the respective schools. After this, a final merit list is prepared and published online will include class-wise and category-wise roll numbers of candidates, in the order of their merit, reflecting Main List (equal to total number of seats in the category) and Waiting List.
Ans. In order to be eligible for admission to Sainik School, candidates belonging to General, OBC(NCL) and Defence/ex-servicemen category will need to obtain minimum of 25 marks in each section/subject and an aggregate of 40 marks.
