The exams are class 12th are going to start from May 18, 2021, with a Physics paper and will end on June 12, 2021, with a Biology paper. Who Can Appear for CHSE Odisha Exams 2021?
As per the notification released, the following candidates are eligible to apply and appear for Odisha Board class 12th examination 2021.
Eligibility for Regular Candidates
- Students registered under the academic session 2019-20 under CHSE, Odisha can appear for the Annual HS exams 2021 as Regular candidates.
Eligibility for Ex-Regular Candidates
- Students registered up to 2018 under CHSE Odisha.
- A registered and regular candidate who was sent up for the class 12th board exam in 2020, however, he/she was unable to enroll for the said exam can appear as an Ex-regular candidate.
- Those who have filled the examination form previously but could not appear in the Odisha board class 12 exam in 2020 due to any reason.
- Students who appeared for CHSE Odisha +2 exam 2020 whose results have been declared as P.C. or R.C. can appear as Ex-Regular candidate.

CHSE Supplementary Exam 2021
A candidate who could not qualify in one or more subjects in the annual examinations 2019 & 2020 but has secured at least 210 marks in aggregate or more is allowed to CHSE compartment exam 2021. On the other hand, in the case of candidates from the Vocational stream, who have failed in one or more subjects in class 12th Odisha board exam in 2019 & 2020 but have secured at least 210/600 in aggregate or more is also eligible to appear for the compartment examination.
The privilege to appear for the Odisha board class 12 compartment exam is provided to such candidates for the next (immediate) two consecutive examinations only, subject to the condition that the student has to clear all the failed subjects in one go. Furthermore, it is to be noted that no pass certificate is awarded to the candidates appearing Compartmentally without eligibility or appearing for the compartment exam after two consecutive chances/appearing the failed papers in a piecemeal manner.
