After the main examinations all the students were not satisfied with their marks obtained applied for the same. The application forms made avilable in the month of June and by the first week of September Odisha Board comes up with the result. Odisha +2 Rechecking 2019 Result
Odisha board released the result for Science and General stream separately. The result for Science stream was out on June 03. However, General stream result was out on June 21. After the declaration of result, some students were not happy with the marks they have scored. Such students can apply for the process of rechecking.
In order to apply for the rechecking, the students had to fill the application form. The link for the form was sent to the students through SMS alert and email. Along with the application form, the students need to pay an amount of application form as well. After the successful submission of form and application fee, the board send your form for further proceedings. Once the forms are over, the board had released the result for the same in an offline mode. You can visit your school to check the result.
Along with the application form, the candidates need to pay an amount of application fee as well. The board has set a different amount of application fee for a different process. The application fee can be paid by using SBI ATM cum debit card, net banking facility of SBI, or any other bank besides visiting any SBI branch. The amount of application fee set by the board is as follows:
- For rechecking, the amount of application fee is Rs. 100 per subject.
- For photocopy of answer script, the amount is Rs. 200 per subject.
Arts, Commerce and Vocational
- For Rechecking/ Readdition, the candidates need to pay an amount of Rs. 200 per subject as the application fee.
Odisha Class 12 Rechecking 2019: Application Form
After the declaration of the main examination, some candidates were not satisfied with their marks. Such students can apply for the process of rechecking. In order to apply for the rechecking process, the candidates need to fill in the application form for the same. The link to fill the application form will be sent to you through SMS and email. Along with the application form, the candidates need to pay an amount of application fee. The steps to apply for the rechecking is as follows:
Step.1- Firstly, the candidates need to visit the official website of SBI- www.onlinesbi.com.
Step.2- After that, click on the “SB Collect” on the top of the page.
Step.3- Once you will click on the link, a new page will appear where you need to accept the disclaimer and click on the “Proceed” button.
Step.4- After that, you need to select the corporate/ institutions as “Odisha” and type of corporate/ institutions as “Educational Institutions” and click on the “Go” button.
Step.5- On the new page, you need to select educational institutions name as “Council of Higher Secondary, Odisha”. Click on the “Submit” button.
Step.6- After that, select “Re-addition of Marks Annual HS Exams 2019 Arts/ Commerce/ Vocational”. Once you will select, you will be redirected to a new page.
Step.7- On that page, you need to fill all the required categories properly and carefully. The council will not be responsible for any wrong information provided in the form.
Step.8- After filling the form, you need to pay the required amount online only. Once the payment is successfully done, an e-receipt will generate. You can download the same for future purposes.
How to Download Scanned Copy?
After the completion of application forms, the board will release the scanned copy of the answer script. The students can follow the steps mentioned below to download the scanned copy of answer script.
Step.1- First of all, the students need to click on the link sent to you on the registered email id.
Step.2- Once you will click on the link, a new page of login will appear. On that page, you need to fill in your registered mobile number and OTP sent to your phone.
Step.3- After submitting the details. you will be redirected to a new page where you need to click on the “photocopy/ rechecking” link.
Step.4- On the new page, you will see the list of subjects for which the photocopy was requested. You can download the PDF of the scanned copy for the subject chosen.
How to Challenge Downloaded Answer Script?
After downloading the scanned copy, if any candidate finds any mistake regarding un-valued answers, marks not added to the total or any other mistake, they can lodge a complaint against the answer script by following the below mentioned steps.
Step.1- Firstly, log in to the official website by clicking on the link sent to your email id.
Step.2- After that, you need to fill in your registered mobile number and OTP sent to the phone.
Step.3- On the successful login, a new page will appear where you need to click on the “photocopy/ rechecking”.
Step.4- After that, click on the “query” to file a complaint against the subject you have doubt in.
Step.5- After that, a new page will open with the query form. The students need to fill in the form carefully without any mistake.
Step.6- Once the form is filled, click on the “Post” to submit the form. An email will be sent to you regarding the submission of the form.
Step.7- You can also download the complaint submitted by clicking on the “Print” option.
