MP Board 10th Time Table 2021 – Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has cancelled the class 10th board exams amid rising COVID cases in the state. The exams were scheduled to be held from April 30 to May 19 which were earlier postponed and now have been cancelled. Moreover, this year, the Madhya Pradesh Board was going to conduct the class 10th exams twice – first in May and then in July. However, now that the exams have been cancelled, the board has decided to prepare the High School or class 10th result based on students’ performance in Half-yearly / pre-board examinations, Unit Test and Internal assessments. MP Board class 10th practical and theory exams cancelled. Hence, the admit card dates given below are no longer valid.

New Changes Introduced in MPBSE 10th Exam 2021

In a recent meeting held for the board officials, the following changes will be done for the upcoming MP Board 10th exam 2021. These are –

• The exam will be held twice a year – The first exam is from April 30 to May 15, 2021, and the second exam is from July 1 -15, 2021.
• Students who wish to appear for the second exam will need to register for the exam separately.
• A total of 18 lakh students registered for the MP Board exam 2021, out of which, 10.5 lakh students registered for class 10th.
• This year, the board will not conduct supplementary exams. Instead, failed students can re-take the exams in 3 months and wait for result
• Supplementary work will not be written on the student’s marksheet.

Changes Done in MP Board 10th Question Paper Pattern 2021

MP board has introduced the following pattern in class 10th examination question paper. The test will be held on the based of the revised pattern and exam syllabus.

• In the new pattern will have an objective, subjective, and analytical questions.
• The highest marks assigned to each question will be four marks.
• MCQ type questions have been added, and the length of answers has also been reduced.
• For 30 objective-type questions for one mark each. 
• In the subjective type, there will be five questions for three marks each. However, out of these five, you will have to answer any three questions.
• The word limit for three marks questions is 75-100 words, whereas, for the lengthiest questions, the word limit is up to 125 to 150 words.
