The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur came into existence in the year 1972 under the Act of Manipur Legislative Assembly. By the amendment of the Act in 2014, the Manipur Board started also providing the prescription of conditions for granting recognition of standard I and VIII. The Manipur Board is also known as BSEM. BSEM is an autonomous body which manages all the activities related to the education in the state. The board is responsible to provide each and every information to the affiliated schools.

The Manipur Board provides the syllabus and curriculum to the affiliated schools. It also conducts the exams for the students who pursue the High School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate. The Manipur Board releases the time table for HSLC and HSSLC in the month of January. MBSE conducts the board exams in the month of February and March for both classes. Manipur Board Admit Card
For the candidates, it is very important to have the admit card at the time of going for the board exams. This is mandatory that the student must have the admit card while appearing for the exams. The admit card posses the most important information related to the board exams and also regarding the student. On the admit card, the students get the details such as the name of the candidates, date of birth, roll number, enrollment number of the students, registration number, the board’s details, the name of the subjects, subject code, exams date, the days of the exams, timings for the exams, reporting time for the students, other important instructions.
The link of the admit card used to be available online on the official website. The students need to click on the admit card link and need to download it. To do so, they are required to submit the prerequisite details such as the registration number or the name of the students or the application number or date of birth etc.
Apart from the official website, the students may also get the admit card from the respective schools. So, the candidates can just collect it from there. To do so, they need to contact the concerned school authority.
Manipur Board Result
Once, the exams get over, the board declares the result. It uses to be available for both classes i.e. HSLC and HSSLC. The students get the result online on the official website of Manipur Board i.e. bsem.nic.in. In order to check the result, the candidates need to click on the link and then the students should enter the details such as the roll number of the students. It should be the same as available on the admit card. If the roll number would differ than the admit card then the students would not be able to check the result.
On the result, the students do not just get the marks but it also contains some other important details such as the the name of the candidates, date of birth, parent’s name, roll number, enrollment number of the students, registration number, the board’s details, the name of the subjects, subject code, marks of the students (individual subject and overall) other important instructions.
