Maharashtra Board has altered the exam pattern and marking scheme for HSC board exam from effective since 2020-2021. Maharashtra HSC English paper is of a total of 100 marks and candidates have a duration of 03 hours to solve the paper. Out of 100 marks, 80 marks is assigned for the theory exam, and 20 marks for practical/ project/ oral test, etc. To pass the exam, students need to secure a minimum of 35% in each topic.
