History of Jammu Kashmir Board of Secondary Education
Jammu Kashmir Board of Secondary Education stated as JKBOSE. The board is the state academic board conducting the examinations for Jammu, Kashmir, Leh, and Kargil division. Annually the board conducted the examinations in two sessions. One in the month of March which is known as the summer zone and the second in the month of October which is known as the winter zone examinations. Around lakhs of students have registered themselves under the board. The board has developed with the aim of providing the study materials, design the syllabus for the students as well as conducting the examinations at the state level.
