About JAC
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) was established in the year 2003. It came into existence after the Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992 of Bihar. The act was adapted as Jharkhand Secondary Examination Board Act, 2000. JAC conducts the examination for the students of Secondary and Sr. Secondary standard. The council organizes the exams on the yearly basis. The exams usually take place in the month of February/ March. After the completion of the examinations, the board then releases the result for the same.
