How to Download HBSE Admit Card 2018

While obtaining your admit card online you will be required to go through the certain procedure. Here in this section, we are going to discuss how to download the admit card for Haryana Open School. Let’s check the steps as given below.

Step1- Firstly, click on the link available on this page or you can also visit the official website to check the availability of your admit card.

Step2- As you click on the link, the school login window will appear on your screen. You can also take the reference of the image as shown below.


Step3-  Now, click on the link- ‘Download admit for Compartment/ Additional/ Improvement/ Haryana Open School Exam’.

Step4- As you click on the link you will proceed to the next window.

Step5- Now, you are required to select the application name as per the examination category.

Step6-  Select the category for which you are going to appear in the month of March.

Step7- Now, after selecting your Examination Category, you need to enter your roll number Or the Candidate Name.

Step8-  As you enter any of these two details, Click on the ‘Search Button’. Now, the list of all the names similar to your name will displayed on the screen consisting of-

  • Student Name
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Class
  • Action- Status of your Admit card

Step9- Check all the details mentioned over it and click on print admit card.

Step 10- Now,your admit card will display on your screen. Take the print out of your admit card and keep its hard copy with you. As you are required to carry it to the examination hall.

Important Instructions Related to HBSE Admit Card 2018

Before appearing for the examination it it is advised to all the students to carefully read all the instructions as given below.

  1. Do not forget to bring your admit card to the examination hall on the day of the examination.
  2. It is compulsory to bring Original I.D(Aadhar Card or any government) Proof to Examination Centre.
  3. Take the print out of your admit card only on the A4 size paper.
  4. Affix your recent colored photograph in the space provided and attested by the Principal/ Gazetted Officer. Due to its absence you will not allowed to appear for the exam.
  5. In case of any mistake in your admit card contact Board office immediately before the exam.
  6. The allotted examination centre cannot be changed in any respect.
  7. If your practical Exam date is not applicable contact the Centre Superintendent.
  8. In case if the candidate is fail in the practical exam and pass in theory then the candidate will give the practical exam of the same subject only.
