It is to be noted that classes 1st to 8th are cancelled, however, for 9th and 11th standard, the exams are going to be conducted from April 15.

Amid Coronavirus outbreak, the schools are closed and looking at the situation presently, it is expected that it wil take some time for the situation to get better. One of the valid reason for promoting the classes 1-8th students to next class is that there is a rule that students will get promoted to the next standard even if they are failing. This rule is applicable for only classes 1st to 8th only.

Hey Dinesh,
We do understand your concern. However, students from class 1-8 are passed anyway even if they fail, hence, there was no point of conducting the exams in such a critical situation. We hope that the govt. takes the necessary step for the benefit of all the students.
