Supplementary examinations are conducted for the candidates to clear the exam with minimum required marks. 82.6% of students from the Arts stream have passed the examinations. While 87.37% from the commerce stream, 67.7% from the Science stream and 74.84% from the vocational stream passed the +2 Instant examinations. Last year, Odisha board released the class 12 supplementary result on July 23. While this year the board has released the result a bit late. How to Check +2 Supplementary Result 2019?
Unlike previous years, Odisha board releases the result for supplementary examination on the official login. Due to heavy traffic trying to check their result, the official website gets crashed sometimes. At this point, the candidates can check their result from the third party. Here, in this session, we have discussed the steps for downloading the result. The students can follow the same for downloading theirs.
Step.1- Firstly, visit the official website. To do so, you can click on the link provided on the page.
Step.2- After that, a new page of login will appear.
Step.3- On that page, you need to fill in your login details such as roll number or name or enrollment number.
Step.4- After filling the login details, click on the “Find Results” button.
Step.5- Your result will appear on the page. You can check and download the same for future purposes.
Odisha +2 Result 2019
Odisha board conducted class 12 main examination from March 07- 30, 2019. However, the results for Science and General stream was out separately. The result for Science stream was declared on June 03. However, the result for Arts, Commerce and Vocational was out on June 21, 2019. After the declaration of result, Odisha board started with the facility of rechecking for the students who were having a problem with their marks. In order to apply for the rechecking, the candidates have to fill the application form which was sent to them through email. After the completion of forms, the board releases the result for the same on its official login.
Why Supplementary Examinations?
In order to qualify the main exam, the students need to score at least minimum marks set by the board. If any student is not able to clear the exam, then he/she appears for the supplementary examination. Supplementary examinations are a second chance provided to the candidates to qualify for the exam with minimum required marks. In order to appear in supplementary examinations, the students need to fill an application form which is available on the official website of the respective board. Along with the form, the candidates need to pay an amount of application fee set by the board. However, the board releases the time table after the completion of forms. Once the time table is out, the students get a time period of a week or two to prepare for the exams. After the completion of exams, the board releases the result for the same on the official login. Once the students have checked their result, they will move to the next level of higher education.

Council of Higher Secondary Education was formed on October 23, 1982. It is popularly known as CHSE. The board came into existence to regulate, control and develop higher secondary education in the state of Odisha. It connects to all the state and private schools and colleges present in the state. The board conducts the examination for class 10 and 12 examinations in the month of March every year.
