About Chattisgarh Board 10th Supplementary Result
After the declaration of the result of the main examinations, Chattisgarh board makes the availability of the supplementary examinations. All those students who not able to pass the examinations with the minimum required marks appeared for the supplementary exams in the month of July. The supplementary examination is another chance provided to the students in order to score the passing marks. After the completion of the examinations in the month of July, the board announces the result in the month of August. Last year the board has released the supplementary result on August 10. Annually lakhs of students have appeared for the examinations at the state level. Chattisgarh Board conducts the supplementary examinations with the same procedure as that of the main examinations.
Some Facts About Chattisgarh Board Result 2019
CGBSE Result for the main examinations releases on May 10 at 1:00 pm. Around 3.88 lakhs students have sat for class 10 exams and 2.66 lakhs students appeared for class 12 exams this year. The board has released the result for the Science, Commerce, and Arts stream students. As per the reports, the overall passing percentage of the students of class 12th was 78.45%. While for class 10th it was 68%. After this, the board has made the availability of the retotalling process as well as the supplementary exams. So, all those students who are not satisfied with the marks or not able to attain the passing mark applied to these processes.
For the PCM group students, Chattisgarh board has set the cut off marks as per the category of the students. For the general category students, the cut-off marks are 371, for OBC (Other Backward Classes) is 370 marks, for scheduled caste (SC) is 355 marks, for Scheduled Tribe (ST) is 348 marks. According to these cut- off marks, the board has calculated the marks of the students of class 12th from the Science stream.
