So, finally, the wait is over and CBSE result 2018 is declared. On May 26, 2018, at 12:30 pm all the speculations regarding CBSE Class 12 result 2018 has come to rest. After the declaration of the result, CBSE also provides the facility of counseling regarding with the CBSE result 2018. Here, through this article, we are going to discuss with you if you are facing any query regarding your class 10th and class 12th result. This year, the exam for Class 12th Board exam was held from March 05-April 13, 2018. The CBSE has been providing a helpline facility for 21 years. The Board conducted a pre-examination psychological counseling service for Class 12th students till April 13, 2018. The Phase 1 pre-exam counseling went very well and now the Board is all set for Phase 2 counseling sessions.

How to Make Use of CBSE Helpline Number

To use the Board’s Helpline, the students need to dial  1800 11 8004 for any help. The post-CBSE result counseling will begin from May 26, 2018, till June 09, 2018. The students can call at the helpline number form 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. which can be accessed on all days (including Sundays). The Tele counseling which is offered by Board is free of cost and the students get free guidance from trained counselors and Principals of different CBSE schools.

This helpline is a great medium to help students and parents to deal with anxiety. The helpline can also be approached for clarifying queries regarding the results. Since Pre and post exams days are most disturbing and important days for students. So the helpline provides a great help to them.

About CBSE  class 10th and 12th Result 2018

As per the CBSE official notification, during the 2nd Phase, 69 expert volunteers including Principals, trained counselors, and special educators from CBSE affiliated government and private schools and psychologists will be available for Tele-Counselling. Out of these, 49 are from India including 02 special educators. While 20 experts are located in other countries like Nepal, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Al-Khobar, Jeddah), Sultanate of Oman, UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, RasAl-Khaimah), Kuwait, Singapore, and Qatar. Not only students but parents can also use this facility.

At the time of result, it is not the only student who faces all the stress or anxiety, parents as well are at the peak of stress. So, it is advised to all the students and parents to ask their queries or take help by calling at the helpline number. Being positive in the worse situation is the best healer for any type of stress. So try to be positive and converse with your close ones. Conversing out your feelings to yourself and others is best for avoiding distress.

The result for Class 12th and 10th Board exam 2018 can be checked online at the official website cbseresults.nic.in. To check the results, a huge initiative has been taken by the board as the results will also be announced by 2 big tech-giants.  Students can check their result through Microsoft and Google by entering their roll number and date of birth. Students need to download Microsoft’s “SMS organizer”. After downloading they need to register and on the day of result they will be sent the result.
