### CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Mathematics Question Paper 2021-22 Format

CBSE has prepared a similar question paper format for Term 1 examination for all CBSE class 12 subjects. The evaluation will be of 40 marks and each question will carry 1 mark. There will be 50 total questions out of which students will have to attempt any 40. These 50 questions are divided into 3 sections.

- Section A will have a total of 20 questions out of which students will have to attempt any 16. Each question will carry 1 mark hence Section A will be of 16 marks.
- Section B will have a total of 20 questions out of which students will have to attempt any 16. Each question will carry 1 mark hence Section B will be of 16 marks.
- Section A will have a total of 10 questions out of which students will have to attempt any 8. Each question will carry 1 mark hence Section A will be of 8 marks.
- Hence the total will be 40 marks and there will be no negative markings.

### CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Mathematics Exam Pattern 2021-22

The CBSE Term 1 assessment will be evaluated out of 50 marks. These 50 marks are further divided into 40 marks and 10 marks. 40 marks are assigned to an MCQ-based assessment and 10 marks are assigned to an internal assessment. The MCQ-based assessment will be 40 marks and students will have to prepare topics such that they can answer case-based and assertion-reason type questions.
