CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Sample Paper 2021-22
The Physical education Sample will serve in the understanding of marks distribution followed during the evaluation of CBSE Board Exam answer copies. The CBSE Board is going to conduct the board exams in two terms for the 2021-2022 batch. Each of the term examinations will be held on 50 per cent of the given syllabus. The term I exams are scheduled to be held in November-December while term II examinations will tentatively be held in March-April. It is important to note that the pattern of the examination will be different not only from the exams held in the previous year but the pattern of term-I and Term-II exams will also be different.

CBSE Class 12th Physical Education Term 1 Exam Pattern 2021
CBSE term I examinations are scheduled to be held in November- December 2021. The term I exams will include multiple-choice questions including case-based MCQs, Practical based and assertion-reasoning type MCQs. The examination will be held for 90 minutes but the students will be made to sit in the examination hall for two hours. The CBSE board has chosen to divide the complete syllabus for the 12th Class into two terms, with each term covering 50% of the syllabus. Therfore, CBSE 12 Term 1 exams 2021-22 will cover only half of the given syllabus.
The maximum marks for the physical paper will be 35 marks. As per the sample paper provided by the CBSE for Physical education Term I, The paper consist of Three-section(A, B & C).
Section A contains 24 questions and students have to select and answer any 20 questions out of 24.
Section B will also have 24 questions and the students are asked to attempt only 20 questions.
Section C will have 12 questions where the candidate is asked to attempt any 10 questions out of 12. There will be no negative marking in the examination.
CBSE Class 12th Physical Education Term II Exam Pattern 2021-22
The Term II examination will tentatively commence in March-April. The term II exams will include questions in varied formats like case-based, situation-based, open-ended questions as well as both short and long answer type questions. The paper will be carried out for 90 minutes. With the prevalence of covid 19 protocols and the situation in the past two years, the country has seen an upsurge in the number of COVID-19 cases, the board has provided the flexibility to schools. However, If the Covid-19 pandemic situation does not improve, the TERM II exams will be also be held as MCQ-based papers for 90 minutes similar to Term I. The exams are expected to be conducted in respective schools, however, to remain fair, the final exam will be administered under the supervision of external centre superintendents and invigilators appointed by CBSE itself. The board has issued a rationalized syllabus for both terms which specify the units to be covered in both terms.
