CBSE has announced CBSE 10th Result 2018. The board has released the result today i.e.on May 29, 2018, at 1:25 PM. This year, about 16,38,428 students have applied for CBSE class 10th. The overall pass percentage of the current year is 86.7% which is around 4% lesser than the last year. In 2017, the pass percentage was 90.95%. There are total four students who have topped the country. Their names Prakhar Mittal from DPS Gurgaon, Rimzhim Agarwal from RP Public School Bijnor, Nandini Garg from Scottish International School, Shamli, Sreelakshmi G from Bhavans Vidyalaya, Cochin. They all have got 499 marks out of 500.

CBSE 10th Result 2018 Statistics: Region Wise
This year, the top three regions are Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai, and Ajmer. In terms of pass percentage, the highest percentage is of Thiruvananthapuram. The pass percentage of the regions are 99.60%, 93.37%, and 91.86%.
If we talk about Delhi, then the total number of students who had appeared for the exams were 2,86,660. Out of which the number of students who have passed the exams is 2,25,361. So, the overall pass percentage of Delhi is 78.62%.
CBSE 10th Result 2018 Statistics: Girls v/s Boys
As always, the girls have done a tremendous job in CBSE results for class 10th. There were 17567 schools in which the students have given the exams. The number of the exam centres are 4460. In which the various number of girls and boys enrolled in the exams. If we analyze that, then the girls have won the race by obtaining 88.67%
