CBSE 10th Date Sheet 2019 – The Central Board of Secondary Education is conducting the exams for class 10 from February 21, 2019. The first exam is for Publishing and Office. CBSE Finishing Board Exams Sooner

In a circular released in September 2018, the CBSE Board had promised that all the activities related to the board exams will be held 15 days prior to the usual time. So, now, the board is following the same trend. In spite of this reason, the cause for the early conclusion of the exams is the Loksabha Elections. The CBSE Board does not want to clash any of the exams with the elections.

Other than this, the High Court has also directed the board to finish the exams a little earlier. So the students would not face any difficulty in taking the admission in the universities.

CBSE Conducting Exams for 240 Subjects within 34 Days

As the CBSE Board had promised that the exams will be held sooner. So, after checking the CBSE 10th Date Sheet 2019, you can see that the exams for class 10 will be held from February 21 to March 29, 2019. So, the students will be having 34 days for the different combinations for the boar exams. Including class 12, there are 30,000 subjects’ combinations in the board for which it is conducting the exams within 34 days.

The CBSE Board is managing all the activities for the board exams 15 days prior to the last year. So, it is conducting the exam earlier and the results will also be declared sonner to the previous year.

Objections for CBSE 10th Date Sheet 2019

The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the CBSE 10th Date Sheet 2019 on December 23, 2018. Unlike last year, this year, all the core subjects’ exams will be held in the month of March 2019. So, the students are unhappy with the CBSE 10th Date Sheet 2019. Along with the students, their parents and the principals are also raising the objections for the exam dates.

Pass Criteria Regarding CBSE Date Sheet 2019

As you know that the CBSE Board has removed the Grading System for class 10 students. So, the Central Board of Secondary Education has made it clear that the pass criteria of class 10 is now changed. Till 2017, the students of class 10 used to obtain 33% marks in the theory exams and 33% marks in the practical exams separately to pass the board exams. In this way, the students used to have the pass criteria. But in 2018, CBSE made a decision of passing the students while having 33% marks in theory and practical subjects combined.

Now, for this year, earlier, CBSE permitted the 2017 pass criteria. But recently, the board has sent a circular and announced that the pass criteria of the previous year will be followed. Thus, to pass the class 10 exams, the students will have to gain 33% in the theory and in the practical exams combined.

For the students, there are some important points which should be known by the students. The candidates should go through the points given below:

  • It is important for the students to download the CBSE Date Sheet 2019. After downloading it, you should also paste it on your room’s wall.

    I want to achieve 90% + marks in 2019 board exam so suggest me what should I do to achieve 90% + marks and suggest me some sample paper to solve questions .

    • Hi Vikash,
      S.ST is the total theoretical paper. So, the best trick to gain excellent marks is that prepare all the questions given in your textbooks. The answers to all those questions lie in the textbook itself. So, go through them and prepare all the chapters of geography, history, civics, economics one by one.
      Also, do practice the map questions. It will come in the paper of atleast 5 marks.

  2. I want to know something.. U hv posted on ur website that date sheet for vocational subjects of 10th will be released today on ##11 Dec. 2018.. Bt there’s no any clue of date sheet not even on the official website of cbse ##cbse.nic.in…. Plz answer clearly when will date sheet be released for 10th cbse????
