The link to download the date sheet is also available on this page. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the compartment forms and date sheet on its official website- cbse.nic.in. CBSE 10th Compartment application forms 2019 for the regular candidates are available at the school login. While for the private candidates it is available at the individual login. Thus, private candidates can apply for the compartment examinations through the link provided on this page. The application forms are still active with the late fee charges.
CBSE 10th Compartment 2019 Date Sheet
Candidates appearing for the compartment exam have to fill in the application form in the desired time period. CBSE 10th Compartment 2019 Application Forms For Regular Candidates
Desired regular candidates from CBSE board can apply for the compartment exams from their respective schools. The last date without late fee is May 22. While with late fee students can apply for the compartment examinations until June 05. All those candidates who successfully registered themselves under the compartment exams are only eligible to appear for the exams to be scheduled on July 02. CBSE 10th Compartment 2019 Application Forms For Private Candidates
Board has released the compartment application forms for the private candidates at the login on its official website. To apply for it private candidates need to enter the 5- digit school number, roll number, centre number and select the year if got compartment in the previous year. After this click on the proceed button and fill the entire form by submitting the desired amount before the scheduled date. Now, to know in detail have a look at the table given below.

Eligibility Criteria For CBSE 10th Compartment 2019
CBSE Board has set different eligibility criteria for the private as well as the regular candidates in order to apply for the compartment exams. So, have a look at the points as discussed below.
Regular Candidates
- Students who appeared for the Feb- Mar exams for the current year i.e 2018-19 from the schools affiliated to CBSE and got Compartment can apply for the one or two subjects in which they receive the compartment
- Also, if any candidate has received the result status as Pass after replacing the compulsory subject (6th subject taken an option)n is eligible to appear in the failed subject under the improvement of the performance category.
Private Candidates
- Candidate appeared for Feb/ Mar 2019 exams under the private category and got compartment. Then he/ she is only eligible to apply only in one or two subjects in which got compartment.
- A candidate who appeared for Mar/ Apr 2018 exams and got Compartment is eligible to appear for the compartment exams held in July 2018 as a first chance. Secondly, he can appear for the Feb/ Mar 2019 exams in only one or two subjects in which he received the compartment and the third chance is the last one for the candidates appeared in 2018 exams to appear for the exams to be held in July 2019.
What to do after CBSE 10th Compartment Exams?
Students appearing for the compartment examination will get their result for the same in the month of July 2019. However, after the result, the biggest task of the students is to choose what they want to opt in 11th. Students can go for one out of three streams provided to them by the school. The streams are Humanities (Arts), Science and Commerce. However, candidates should make sure to choose a stream they have interest in. They can surely discuss this with their friends, family, and relatives. All the streams require the same amount of hard work. There should be no pressure on the students to opt for any stream. Not only this, candidates can directly go for some diploma courses after Class 10.
Preparation Tips for CBSE 10th Compartment Exams
Board gives second chance to its students to give the exam again if they were not able to do it earlier. But candidates should make sure to make proper use of this chance as this would be the last chance for them to qualify the exam. They should give their 200% to clear the exam this time. However, some of the important preparation tips are given below:
- The very first thing you should do is to note down the mistakes you have done in the main exam.
- Make a list of important topics first and learn them properly.
- Practice more and more of previous year question papers and sample papers.
- Make a list of all the basic concepts and formula and learn them thoroughly.
- Do not learn anything new a day before the exam day.
