Class 10th exams take place in the month of February. Assam board conducts class 10th examination in two shifts. One in the morning and the other in the evening. Steps To Download SEBA HSLC Routine 2020
The students should be aware of the exam dates before appearing in the exams. Assam board releases the class 10th routine in the pdf format on the official language. Evaluation Process For HSLC Examination
The students need to make sure that they will be evaluated under different aspects in the wholw academic year. The different aspects are a unit test, half-yearly, pre-test, internal assessment and the annual examinations.
Unit Test: Unit test are conducting for analyzing the student’s performance and teachers taking timely remedial teaching methods to improve the weaknesses of the students. Also, they are conducted to make the students aware of their progress in their studies. There are 3 unit tests in the whole year which carries a weight of 20%.
Half Yearly and Annual Exams: Half-yearly are the exams which are conducted halfway the final exams. In these exams, the students get half of the syllabus done till that time. Annual exams are the exams which are conducted just before the final exams. In annual exams, students get an estimate of their performance. These two examinations hold a weight of 80%.

Passing Marks: The students need to score a minimum of 30 marks in written and internal assessment. That means that a student needs to score a minimum of 27 marks in theory exams and 3 marks in the internal assessment.
