AP 1st year Pass Percentage:

The students who appeared in the 1st year exams were around 509,909 including 4,78,621 candidates from Regular or General Category and 31,288 from Vocational. The overall pass percentage is around 62% for General and 52% for the Vocational.

AP 2nd year Pass Percentage:

This year total 437,572 candidates appeared for the board examination of AP 2nd year class. The total pass percentage is around 73.33%.

AP 1st year Gender Breakup:

The total number of girls who wrote the 1st year exams were 2,36,918 while the boys were 2,41,703 for general and 15,215 girls and 16,073 boys were from vocational. Still, the girls won the race by securing 67% in comparison to boys’ 57% in general. In the vocational result, the difference in the numbers is way more than general. The pass percentage of girls is 61% in comparison to 44% of boys in vocational.

AP 2nd year Gender Breakup:

In the overall pass percentage of 73.33%, the girls scored 67% and the boys earned 57%. So it is clear that in both the results of AP Inter 2018 Exams, the girls have shined over the boys.

Topper 2018 v/s Toper 2017

This year Koonam Teja Vardhan Reddy got the first rank. He is from the MPC stream. He obtained 992 marks out of 1000. If we talk about 2017 topper then the name of last year topper is S.k. Sharmila who is also from MPC background. She had also got 992 marks out of 1000m last year.

So we can say that the toppers are from the same background and they have got the same marks. Hope next year the number will be increased.
